  Once upon a magical time.............
Like
most people, I got my first magic kit at the age of about 10. Unknown to me at the time, the person that sold me my
very first magic kit , was none other than "Hawaii's Magic Hall of Famer", James Yoshida. I then saw Doug Hennings
and Mark Wilson on television, which by then magic became fascinating to me.
Several years ago, I enrolled in a magic class
taught by Magician Dean Harada and began to learn the basics of magic. These very basic teachings , gave
me the drive to learn further the wonderful art of magic. I was at this time introduced to James Yoshida, "Hawaii's
godfather of Magic" who has touched every magician in Hawaii in a personal way. It is through his teachings
and guidance that we magicians move on to performing magic like nothing we ever thought we could do. Currently,
I work with children in the education field and very much enjoy the benefits of performing magic for children in my spare
time. Besides performing magic, I have also come to enjoy doing backstage work for many of the local club shows.
My mentor is Monty, who happens to be a great friend and magic consultant. It is the children's love of being
entertained that gives me the pleasure to perform.
